1. Service Overview

   a. LMS Clinic offers laser hair removal services utilising state-of-the-art equipment and trained professionals.

   b. Services provided are intended solely for the purpose of hair removal and related treatments.

 

2. Eligibility

   a. Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

   b. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

   c. Pregnant or nursing individuals are advised to consult with a medical professional before undergoing laser hair removal.

 

3. Consultation and Patch Test

   a. All clients are required to undergo a consultation and patch test before commencing treatment.

   b. The consultation will include a discussion of medical history, treatment expectations, and potential risks.

   c. Patch tests are conducted to assess skin reaction to the laser and determine the appropriate settings for treatment.

 

4. Treatment Sessions

   a. The number of sessions required for optimal results may vary depending on individual factors such as hair colour, skin type, and hair density.

   b. Treatment sessions will be scheduled at intervals recommended by our specialists to achieve the desired outcome.

   c. Clients must adhere to the recommended treatment schedule for best results.

 

5. Payment and Refunds

   a. Payment is due at the time of each treatment session unless otherwise arranged.

   b. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

   c. Refunds will not be provided for prepaid treatment packages, but sessions can be transferred to another individual or used for alternative services at our discretion.

 

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

   a. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

   b. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

 

7. Risks and Side Effects

   a. While laser hair removal is generally safe, some potential risks and side effects may occur, including but not limited to temporary skin irritation, redness, or pigmentation changes.

   b. Clients are advised to follow post-treatment care instructions provided by our specialists to minimize the risk of adverse reactions.

 

8. Confidentiality

   a. LMS Clinic respects the privacy of its clients and maintains confidentiality regarding personal information shared during consultations and treatments.

   b. Client records are securely stored and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

 

9. Consent for Treatment

   a. Clients are required to sign a consent form acknowledging their understanding of the risks, benefits, and alternatives to laser hair removal.

   b. Consent forms must be signed prior to the commencement of treatment.

 

10. Liability

   a. LMS Clinic and its staff shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our services, except in cases of negligence or misconduct.

   b. Clients assume all risks associated with laser hair removal and agree to hold LMS Clinic harmless against any claims or liabilities.

 

11. Governing Law

   a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

   b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in the United Kingdom.

Purchases

Fee Changes

Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

  • New Client: This is the new client visiting LMS Clinic for the first time, following referral by an existing client.
  • Referrer: The existing client of LMS Clinic who has referred a new client.
  • Suitability for treatment must be confirmed through an initial consultation
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, or on any initial consultations.
  • You must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident to apply for this offer.
  • This offer cannot be transferred by the client onto other products or treatments and the £50 must be used in a single transaction.

Referrer

  • The £50 offer must be used by the referrer within 6 months of the date of the new client’s first treatment .
  • The £50 is valid on all treatments at LMS Clinic but excludes Skincare Products
  • Minimum spend £200
  • The £50 offer must be used by the referrer within 6 months of the date of the new client first treatment appointment
  • More than one friend can be given a Refer a Friend card from the same referrer, however each £50 offer can only be used against one transaction.

New client

  • The £50 offer is valid on the first treatment purchased by the new client, minimum spend £200.
  • The £50 discount is valid on all treatments at LMS Clinic but excludes all Skincare Products.
  • At time of booking or consultation, the new client must advise the clinician that they intend to use a Refer a Friend offer and advise on the name of the referrer.
  • The new client must present the referral card at time of purchase.
  • LMS Clinic retains the right to refuse treatment following client consultation, if treatment is felt to be inappropriate or not beneficial.

Please note if any of the above actions are not taken we may be unable to offer a Refer a Friend discount.
